Well, that’s as true with horses as it is with people.
Last night Jules and I were going to grab a late Sunday night indulgence (Cinnaholics which just opened up if you must know) and we ended up talking about a fellow business owner we met who has attended several of my seminars, and learned nothing.
Nothing. Zip. Zero. Nada.
She has not taken any step to come up with a marketing strategy.
Her solution? Referrals will save her business and make her financially solid.
Spoiler: It hasn’t and it won’t.
I was going on a rant behind the wheel, so I felt this was as good of a time as ever for me to film it while driving.
